From humble beginnings rooted in my mom-and-pop businesses, I have pursued excellence across multiple fields—business, real estate, service, advocacy, and transformative breakthroughs. Combining formal education, including an MBA, with the school of hard knocks and hands-on experience in both corporate and small business environments, I eventually transitioned into real estate investing. This led to the creation of my life’s mission: building a conscious company dedicated to helping people achieve their New American Dream.

For over two decades, Jen has been a dedicated advocate for LGBTQ+ rights, alongside allies, actively volunteering with prominent advocacy and human rights organizations with PRIDE, HRC, GLAAD, EQCA, and NCLR fundraising Galas. She holds certification as an LGBT+ owned business with the National LGBT Chamber of Commerce in Washington DC. Jen is also a respected speaker at the San Francisco LGBTQ Speakers Bureau, a collaborative initiative with San Francisco State University, partially funded by the Bay Area Physicians for Human Rights. Her passion for advocacy extends to sharing her personal journey, experiences, and insights with diverse audiences, ranging from elementary, middle, and high schools to colleges, universities, private companies, nonprofit organizations, and community banks. Additionally, Jen serves as a public representative for City College of San Francisco on the MA Advisory Committee for the Education Review Board.
