Early in her career, Jen supported executive leadership at one of Orlando’s largest private investment management and commercial real estate firms, earning a Standing Ovation Award for contributions that directly drove:

I’m not just a guide—I’m a condo conversion strategist and recognized authority, navigating one of the most complex markets in the country. I advise owners on disciplined, high-impact decisions that unleash hidden, exponential wealth potential.

My breakthrough came from challenging conventional thinking in crowded urban markets, where I discovered condo conversion—an underutilized, city-approved strategy capable of unlocking hidden equity. Executing my first project revealed a deeper truth: owners outside large-scale development were often overlooked—not for lack of opportunity, but for lack of access, clarity, and a reliable path forward.

That realization inspired Fast Track Condo Conversion™ (FTCC™)—my proprietary system designed to demystify and accelerate condo conversion, creating meaningful, multi-generational equity. FTCC™ is more than a methodology—it’s a catalyst for a new era of conscious, strategic wealth.

My leadership is anchored by disciplined strategy and a deep respect for universal principles—alignment, integrity, and the law of cause and effect. With over 25 years in business and real estate, Jen’s journey began in her family’s small restaurant and evolved into managing her immigrant mother’s property investments—a legacy she continues today. From Florida to San Francisco, she has navigated corporate roles, startups, and small businesses, building expertise across residential and commercial properties.

This journey led to the creation of White Tiger Fast Track Condo Conversion™, an innovative system forged from real-world experience, grit, and a deep understanding of overcoming obstacles. With a master’s in business administration and experience as an adjunct instructor, Jen now guides owners and investors to unleash hidden equity, achieve financial freedom, and transform small multifamily markets.

She supports LGBTQ+ organizations, speaks widely—including at UC Berkeley with Diversity and Inclusion in Real Estate (DAIRE), Bank of Marin, San Jose State University, K–12 schools in San Francisco, nonprofits, and companies—and serves as a public representative on the City College of San Francisco MA Advisory Committee.

A certified LGBT+ business owner through the National LGBT Chamber of Commerce, Jen champions organizations including San Francisco Pride, HRC, GLAAD, EQCA, NCLR, and the LGBTQ+ Victory Institute through volunteerism, fundraising galas, and educational initiatives that translate values into action.

Jen has served as a speaker with the San Francisco LGBTQ Speakers Bureau, in partnership with the Bay Area Physicians for Human Rights and San Francisco State University. She has shared her experience at UC Berkeley (including Diversity and Inclusion in Real Estate, DAIRE), San Jose State University, Bank of Marin, K–12 schools, nonprofits, and companies—to move beyond awareness and build cultures of belonging that drive real community impact. She also serves as a public representative on the City College of San Francisco MA Advisory Committee for the Education Review Board.
